● Day 1

From Kathmandu Travel to Pokhara.
215 km drive 7 hours drive. Indiahikes Trekkers stay in the hotel Serenity in Pokhara
It is possible to reach Pokhara by yourself via bus or flying in from Kathmandu. In the Hotel Serenity, you’ll meet the other staff members. Indiahikes will be there to take care of all your needs during your stay in Hotel Serenity.

● DAY 2

From Pokhara From there, travel through Lower Ghandruk. Komrong Trekking

● DAY 3

Between Komrong to Chhomrong from Chhomrong, trek

Moderate-difficult. The ascent begins gradually. The gradual and steep ascents follow. While on the way you can refill your water bottles in tea houses.

● DAY 6

Annapurna Base Camp to Machapuchare Base Camp Trek
Distance to the trail: 3.50 km | time to complete: 2 hours elevation gain: 12,135 ft to 13,550 feet
Moderate. The trail starts with a steep ascent for around 1 km, before slowly climbing to ABC. Along the way you will be able to refill your water bottles in tea houses.

● DAY 7

Bamboo Treks from Annapurna Base Camp

Moderate-difficult. A mix of moderate and steep descents and the same route returning. While on the way you can refill your water bottles in tea houses.

● DAY 8

Jhinu Trek to Bamboo
Distance of the trek 10 km; duration: 7 to 6-7 altitude changes from 7,675 feet to 5,770 feet
Moderate-difficult. An hour-long hard climb follows by a 30 minute steep descent.

● Day 9

The journey begins from Jhinu To Syauli Bazaar, hike. Travel through Pokhara
Trek distance: 6 km | time required: 4 hours 5,770 ft 4,580 ft altitude loss
Drive time: 45 km | duration: 2-3 hours | Indiahikes Trekkers drop off point: Hotel Serenity, Pokhara
Easy-moderate. A 30-minute steep drop followed by a gradual rise. While on the way you will be able to refill your water bottles in tea houses.

● DAY 10

Day of buffering
You must reserve your return flight before 6 p.m.

Points Notice

Trekkers should carry a copy of their ID photo along to the checkpoints in the forest on the trail.
The accommodation can be found in the lodges located at Base Camp.
Then, you will stay in tea houses throughout the trip.
There isn’t a toilet in Pokhara. When you trek do not bring any additional baggage.

Pro-Tips

● Continue your journey
If you’re planning to travel into Pokhara in the morning of Day 1 of your trip choose the bus instead of taking an airplane flight from Kathmandu. Buses are more reliable than planes, that often have to be cancelled because of weather conditions.

● Journey to the beginning
Arrive in Pokhara between 6 to 7 p.m. when you get to return. Plan your Pokhara departure for after 9.00 p.m.
